Require dog grooming businesses to close and extend grants to these businesses

We want the government to officially close dog grooming businesses rather than allowing us to remain open but only allowing us to do the occasional rare welfare case. We also want grants to be equal across the country, as every council is currently operating differently.

The dog grooming industry has been thrown into turmoil with councils not providing grants as we are not officially closed, but we are also not allowed to operate as normal without being threatened with fines.

Requiring all dog grooming businesses to close, and extending grants to all such businesses on an equal basis would at least provide clarity for the sector.
