The EU are threatening to compel pharmaceutical companies to export COVID-19 vaccines intended for the UK to the EU before the companies obligations to the UK are met. UK citizens should not be put at a detriment because the EU delayed signing contracts for the supply of vaccines.
Our Government took the initiative and ordered vaccines as soon as they could to ensure the quickest roll out of this life saving medication. We should not be put at a detriment because the EU didn't.
