Introduce education about the pay gap in the National Curriculum

To provide lessons or assemblies to students in schools to educate them on workers rights in the workplace and the pay gap as it is a very important issue which could impact their future.

The pay gap is still a problem and we feel as though this could raise awareness and help put a stop to discrimination in the workplace. We believe that it would be beneficial to add this to the curriculum to prevent the pay gap from continuing in the future. By teaching students about this it should encourage them to not put up with earning less than their colleagues even though they have the same qualifications and the same job. This could then lead to the abolishment of the pay gap.
