Amend the Mental Health Act to strengthen Nearest Relatives' rights

- More patient information to help them advocate
- Be informed when the patient loses capacity & receive all patient's rights
- Take control of the patient's finances once released
- More information on progress following a Community Treatment Order

When someone is under section and loses mental capacity they need someone else to ensure their best interests are being represented. However, the barrier of protecting their human rights always prevents this. Their rights are best represented by their Nearest Relative, who needs more rights and freedoms to do this.
