My partner missed out on the previous scheme however is not classed as a first time buyer despite not having a home for at least the last 13 years. We are having to rent and only have 5% deposit, due to the Covid, all lenders currently only accept 10 or 15% deposits so we are now having to be faced with finding another rental property that accepts pets, we have zero chance of finding somewhere sadly.
