People who suffer from photo sensitive epilepsy are so happy when they get to go on the road after being a year free from any epileptic symptoms.

However, when they start driving they have to deal with cyclists/runners who have flashing lights on their bikes and helmets.

These harsh lights could cause them to have a seizure whilst driving and have potential to cause a serious accident.

I simply want to stop the use of flashing lights on the road and for just a simple light to be used instead.
