The Government should allow people who are granted visas on the basis of paragraph 276ADE (Private Life Rules) to Sponsor their spouse as currently there is no provision in rules and people have to wait until ILR (Indefinite leave to remain ) before they are eligible to sponsor their spouse, which is very unfair to people who grew up in UK and Part of British Society.

This would prevent Family separations and immigration rules to be fair for all.
