Allow all primary and secondary school aged children to have free travel to and from school so that all children have the best possible chance of an education as well as keeping them safe on their journeys to and from school. If children cannot get to school how are they expected to learn?

I have recently become aware of the expenses that travelling to and from school cost, the cost of travel is £400 per year or even more in some areas, some families cannot provide enough food, clothing etc yet are expected to pay such a high cost for their children to get to and from school, providing free travel for all would allow these children an education and also keep them safe. There are free travel passes available but this is for certain circumstances this is unfair on all the children
