The Government should ensure that individuals with lifelong disabilities receive indefinite awards for relevant benefits, and are not required to undergo repeated assessments or fill in repeated capability forms.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that people with lifelong disabilities often have to undergo repeated assessments and fill in multiple forms to receive these benefits.

For people with lifelong disabilities the prognosis often doesn’t change with age, and the benefits system should recognise this.
