I am horrified to discover that it is not against the law to video record or take photos of a disabled person without the disabled person or their family member or carer giving permission. This must be investigated and the law changed so that disabled people or the person caring for them can have the right to refuse anybody taking video footage or photos of them against their will. What kind of a world are we creating if disabled people are not protected against these kind of issues.
