When a van is stolen or broken into, not only does the person lose the value of the tools, but they also lose their ability to earn money.

According to a BBC article a van is broken into, and tools stolen every 23 minutes in the UK: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/newsbeat-39744644

Yet, in a What Car? study, 4 in 10 vans do not come with an alarm as standard: https://www.whatcar.com/news/what-car-research-finds-four-in-10-vans-dont-come-with-an-alarm-as-standard/n20868#:~:text=Vans%20found%20that%20just%2058,are%20soon%20to%20be%20replaced.

I believe the change I've proposed could save this devastation + £millions annually for the hardworking people of the UK.
