Increase pay for NHS nurses to a min of 3%

We would like the government to take nurses and the NHS staff seriously. We would like parliament to increase NHS staff nurses and workers pay to minimum of 3% not 1%

The NHS staff have worked so hard over the pandemic whilst other people have been furloughed and paid by the government. To then offer a pay increase of 1% is an insult to our NHS staff
