We hear all the complaints about the poor offer of 1% so why not ask the public to contribute more. Vivid has put hugh strain on our economy. We have all pulled together to fight it so why not pull together to relieve the debt. We are all in this together and it is together that we will get out of it. Petition government to put it to the population as it is.
