Ban the use of animals as prizes at fairs and other events

Introduce legislation to ban the use of pets as prizes for fair prizes, such as goldfish. Animals used as prizes are subjected to significant stress due to the significant amount of noises at these events and are then often given to people without the correct setup or knowledge to care for them.
