Allow affordable monthly repayments for Help to Buy equity loans

First-time buyers can become trapped in the Help to Buy scheme and not able to repay the equity loan, as the scheme just allow repayments over 10% of the value of the property. It is very hard to save the money to make these large payments and there are a lot of fees included.

Help to buy should be a scheme where the first-time buyers can make affordable monthly repayments like a mortgage. Some first-time buyers feel they have to sell their home after five years because they cannot afford to pay a sum of over 10%.
