There are huge losses suffered by the general public and UK companies from online scamming and deception to obtain money from victims from false advertising, deceptive emailing and telephone calls being made to the public and companies. online companies who facilitate bad faith and illegal activities should be made liable to recompense and reimburse all losses suffered as a result of these activities. This will force better checks and reduce the ease with which scamming occurs across the UK and from outside the UK.
