We want the Government to invest in increased enforcement of road traffic offences committed by cyclists. This could be achieved by increasing police funding or re-establishing traffic wardens, for the specific purpose of tackling road traffic offences committed by cyclists.

We are concerned that local authorities and police have failed to take the action necessary to tackle road traffic offences by cyclists, and keep pedestrians safe, particularly where cyclists illegally cycle on footpaths, which can be dangerous to pedestrians.
