Reduce the age you can get a full motorcycle licence to 18

For people who can not afford to drive, motorcycles are the only option for commuting as they’re cheaper in every aspect. Unrestricted motorcycle licences should therefore not be restricted to over 21s (or over 24s of they haven't had previous motorcycle licences).

Reduce the age at which you can get an unrestricted motorcycle test back to 18. Learning to ride, getting the license and insuring a motorcycle is far cheaper than a car especially in current times as driving tests are nowhere to be found and insurance has skyrocketed in price!

In order for people to be able to commute without having to depend on unreliable public transport and to be able to work a reliable motor vehicle is needed. Let more people drive motorcycles!
