Allow care home residents to leave without self-isolating on return

The Government should review guidance requiring care home residents to self-isolate after leaving their care home setting to visit or stay with family members. Most care home residents and staff have been vaccinated, and the requirement to self-isolate on return is unfair.

Care home staff are going in and out of the care homes and mixing in society without any need for self-isolation. Many care home residents have had their vaccines so there should be no reason why they can't go for a walk with family members without having to self-isolate for 14 days on returning to their care home. We believe this is infringing on their basic human rights. They NEED to see their families.
