Introduce Legislation similar to the German Bundesliga 50+1 rule to give football fans in the football league more of a say in protecting their club / heritage of the league

Football heritage is a massive part of the culture of this country and it deserves to be protected from its self, the coup that attempted to break away and form the super league is evidence that game needs more regulation in place to prevent the game being taken away from the fans.
