We are very concerned that most local authorities are not commissioning services with a ‘gender neutral’ approach, which in practice can restrict help for male victims and affected children. We need action now, as we believe current Government policy doesn't adequately address the needs of male victims, and leaves them stranded with inadequate options for escape, recourse to refuge or other assistance.
