At present someone sees another person is in an emergency situation there is no legal requirement to contact emergency services. We wish for this to be made a criminal offence.

In the event that someone is in need of emerging assistance, such as requiring urgent medical care, not calling emergency services may result in the individual's death. We believe that leaving someone to die without doing anything to prevent it should be made a specific criminal offence, with the risk of a fine or even custodial sentence.
