Amend the Overseas Operations Bill. Remove triple lock in cases of torture.

The five year rule would include war crimes, torture or other appalling abuses.

It means that prosecutions which could otherwise have gone ahead would no longer be able to do so.

It places members of the Armed Forces above the ordinary criminal law - in a way that is completely unprecedented.
