Fund free epipens for all anaphylaxis sufferers on the NHS

Currently many anaphylaxis sufferers have to pay for potentially life saving epipens through the NHS. I beleive this should be changed and that all anaphylaxis sufferers should receive free prescriptions for epipens through the NHS.
