Review the data from Madeira Islands and Azores Islands regarding COVID rates and create exemptions for these two regions as they are separate from the mainland Portugal and should be kept in the travel Green list.

Madeira and Azores Islands have different rules from Portugal mainland. This has allowed them to keep Covid rates under control. Moving them to the Amber list with Mainland Portugal is unfair to their population and to UK people who had hoped to visit a safe place on holidays this summer.
