After witnessing a horrific accident with a child on a bike who was not wearing a cycling helmet, it has shaken me so much that I want to fight for change to protect children. As one of the local Cllrs for the ward of Frimley. I want to see change.

I can't believe that as a country we have not made it compulsory for all cyclists to have to wear a bike helmet to protect them. If we can start with protecting our children it would be a fantastic start.
We want to encourage active lives then let's make our children safe. After speaking with local residents and our local police many too believe and fully support this proposal. PLEASE help, if we can help save one child from getting a severe head injury we are helping.
