Prioritise teachers for covid booster vaccinations

The NHS is planning for covid booster vaccinations in the autumn - teachers should be prioritised, since children aren't going to be vaccinated. It is impossible to effectively socially distance in school and they are planning to scrap the requirement for bubbles to isolate, so cases may rise.
