Mandatory SEN and hidden disability training for NHS, care and emergency workers

Most NHS, care and emergency workers receive training on race and general disability but we believe there is a gap when it comes to special educational needs (SEN) and hidden disabilities. This can mean people with these hidden disabilities do not receive the appropriate care from these services.

Make it mandatory that NHS staff, police, fire and social workers to undergo basic training on SEN and hidden disabilities (including autism and ADHD). To ensure when they are dealing with people with this hidden disability they understand their needs and don't make the situation worse.
