Remove requirement for gender dysphoria diagnosis to obtain a GRC

The process for obtaining a Gender Recognition Certificate currently requires a prior diagnosis of the mental disorder gender dysphoria, which risks perpetuating the false idea that one must be mentally ill to be transgender.

To be more inclusive to all transgender people, we need to abolish this requirement.

A GRC is required in order for a transgender person to live fully and be legally recognised as their real self.

Under the current system, many trans people are unable to obtain a GRC, because:
-they do not suffer from gender dysphoria
-they have not been considered "dysphoric enough" to get a diagnosis
-they have struggled to obtain a diagnosis, due to a lack of accessible NHS services

The Government must change this to prove their promise to support all LGBT people.
