Have a full independent review into adult social care provision in the community

I would like government to urgently investigate the adult social care provisionn in the community. Private companies are charging Local government for care that is not being provided. From experience I strongly believe adult social care provision should be free and assets not sold off to pay for it

My care provision at the hands of private companies has been nothing short of appaling with the care companies charging for contracts they simply are not delivering. As an example with my care across two different private care companies on average my visit times were 66% lower that he contractual obligationswith the local authority. What is more galling is councils then expect individuals to sell assets in order to pay for the care provided knowing the care companies are in breach of contract
