Amend the rules for family visas so that parents who do not need long term care but are in danger or at risk of being without normal provisions (e.g. food, access to medicines) can join settled children in the UK.

The army has been called in but is struggling to regain any control. Ambulances have been stolen, food supplies, businesses, medical supplies and infrastructure in KZN has been destroyed.
