We call on the Government to end the scandal of poor-quality Exempt Accommodation by introducing its proposed Charter for Social Housing, so vulnerable people are housed in high-quality accommodation, with appropriate support in place.

4. Change the law to define the level of support for tenants required
5. Change the law to require local impact assessments to be carried out prior to approval of new accommodation
