Veterinarians to carry out spays on bracecephalic dogs admitted for c-section

Put a law in place for Veterinarians to carry out an ovariohysterectomy(spay) on bracecephalic(short-nose) dog breeds following a Caesarean section due to pregnancy complications, eliminating the chance of the dog getting pregnant again and encouraging breeders to act more responsible.

Bracecephalic dog breeds; pugs, shih-tzu, boxer, bulldog etc, already have compromised breathing and pregnancy/labour intensifies the problem. Spaying will eliminating the chance of those individuals prone to pregnancy complications from having to go through another pregnancy, prevent them from having to go through the risks of general anaesthetic again, and reduce the number of pups who will most likely have the same issues if put through a pregnancy. This will also help with overpopulation
