Increase the motorway speed limit from 70mph to 80mph

The current 70mph speed limit on motorways was introduced in 1965 when cars had worse brakes and fewer safety features. Since this time, cars are safer and include ABS and automatic emergency braking. By increasing the speed limit, drivers should be able to reach their destinations faster.
