Noise nuisance should be made a criminal offence so police can action noise complaints immediately instead of a long-winded process of gathering evidence for the local authorities.

Any noise that is disturbing someone else's peace and quiet should be an offence as some neighbours are inconsiderate.
I want this to happen because if the police can be involved it could allow action to be taken more swiftly against people who think that they can make as much noise as they want in their own house such as loud music from late at night till early hours of the following morning affecting other house holds.
