Ensure Afghans with Chevening scholarships can start their courses this year

The situation leading to the delay is due in part to UK and other governments' troops pulling out without due diligence to those specifically vulnerable, such as young Afghan recipients of the highly competitive Chevening Scholarships. This year's recipients, as well as previous alumni who have returned, are especially vulnerable targets of the Taliban. Their fate should not be the result of incomplete administrative work on the part of UK diplomats in Kabul.
