Ban employers asking job applicants for salary history and current earnings

Ending this practice is easy to implement and more importantly, it works. The United States leads on this front. Many states have already banned this practice. A study has shown a 5-6% increase in pay for people moving jobs within these states, with a larger increase for women (8-9%) and African-Americans (13-16%).
