The Government should allow both EU and non-EU HGV driving license holders to exchange their licenses for full GB licences for free. This should help fill the UK’s transport needs.

Currently the UK won't accept drivers like me with a non-UK license after 1 year of driving in the UK. Exchanging these licenses would give a good opportunity to fill those gaps in transport.
