Launch an inquiry into media reporting of recent 'fuel shortages'

Media companies need to be held to account for how they report. It needs to be done in an accurate and responsible way and there need to be mechanisms and policies in place to ensure standards are met and situations like the one that occurred over the last week cannot happen - or if they do - that media outlets that have behaved irresponsibly can be held to account.
