Ban the use of both glass bottles and glasses in night clubs and bars

Stop the selling of glass bottles and glasses in licensed night clubs. Instead alcohol should be served in plastic or cotton cups as seen in other venues, such as concerts and football grounds.

There has been an increase of incidents where bottles/glasses are been thrown at customers, door staff and bar staff under the influence of alcohol. The broken glass can be used as a lethal weapon. The use of plastic/cotton cups keeps everyone safe.
