Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times in public spaces. We want to feel safe when we go outdoors, especially with our babies, not being afraid and pray for our baby life every time we see a dog off lead getting too close.

We wish the Government to pass a law which requires dogs to be kept on a lead at all times in public places in order to keep children and adults safe from intimidation and harm from dogs. Off-lead dogs can attack and savage children and adults as they may not be under their owner's direct control. It is not acceptable to allow people to be intimidated in public spaces by dogs off lead. The lives of children who are attacked by dogs off lead can be ruined.
