The current proposal to only allow the 5% reduction on beer in containers larger than 40 litres discriminates against smaller craft breweries, many of which use 30 litre kegs. The current proposal as it stands gives a direct advantage to large breweries and further disadvantages the craft brewery sector that is attempting to recover after a tough period.
