The Government should ban the sale of rawhide animal treats, which can cause issues with blocking, choking and contamination in our pets.

Pets can chew off such large pieces of it without chewing and can end up at the vets. A vet may be able to remove these pieces fairly easily through the throat, but sometimes if pieces are stuck in the stomach then abdominal surgery will needed to remove them from the stomach or intestines. If it isn’t resolved, a blockage can lead to death.
