Require EHCPs for all SEN children and those with a diagnosed disability

Many vulnerable children are struggling at school & are not getting the care they need when required. Some parents have to fight for assessments & support from local authorities (LAs), and waiting lists for care and support are lengthy. Many LAs are slow & fail SEN children, which can lead to low achievement & poor mental health.
