Provide emergency funding to local authorities to improve social care immediately, and ensure provision of social care does not get worse. This will allow time to take the necessary actions to improve social care in the longer term.

I feel I cannot stand by and not do something about what appears to be a crisis in social care. It should be the right of any citizen who needs care to have that care when needed.
