The Government should create harsher punishments on those who illegally dump sewage in bodies of water in and around the UK.

I live around the coast and know of the large verity of sea wildlife, not only that but much of the water around the UK is free for all to use. However some water companies have been illegally dumping sewage into the water and get insufficient backlash. I believe it is unfair to let this foul practice continue and should be stopped through harsher fines.
