Hold COBR meetings to address the climate emergency

Greenhouse gases are pouring into the atmosphere at catastrophic rates and action is needed now. Current ambition is not enough. We depend on nature, but are destroying it at an alarming rate and it is in crisis. Pollution is engulfing the planet, but polluters are not paying for destruction. Current Committees are not acting at sufficient pace, or influencing action as an emergency! New plans with innovators, entrepreneurs, financiers, environmentalists, are needed to transform to a circular economy.
