The Government should extend the provisions of the Football (Offences) Act 1991 to cover all women's football games. Currently this legislation only applies to "designated football matches", and does not apply to many women's football matches.

The Football (Offences) Act 1991 creates a number of offences for certain behaviour at designated football matches, covering throwing of missiles, indecent or racialist chanting, and going onto the playing area.
We believe these offences should apply to all women's football matches, and not only those matches that have been specifically designated by the Government.
