Reduce maximum tuition fees by half for any closures due to COVID

If universities close due to COVID the maximum they should be able to charge for tuition fees should be £4,625 per year, half the current maximum. This should be applied to existing tuition fee bills based on the length of any closure.

Students should not have to pay £9,250 a year for online tuition and exams. If more university closures occur, students will miss out on important parts of their courses (such as labs) and will not have the opportunity to make full use of all facilities that universities offer. Therefore, it's only logical that the maximum universities should be able to charge for tuition should be decreased.
