Mandatory training on mental health in all workplaces

I suffer from PTSD and have been in and out of work for three years. Only a minority of employers I have worked for adequately supported people with mental health issues. Making mental health training mandatory in all workplaces should improve treatment of and support for employees.

When I spoke to one previous employer about my mental health issues they were not sympathetic and did not understand my condition or needs. I know a lot of other people face similar issues, and want the Government to take action to require training on mental health in all workplaces, so that people with mental health issues are better understood, and not treated unfairly.
